This pressure canner was designed with a Practi-press system on the lid that helps release the pressure, requiring only a slide to activate it. Our pressure cooker includes a pivot system that allows for better adjustment between the lid of the canner and its body, ensuring everything fits in its right place. Once you have everything set on your pressure canner, a cook indicator system will signal when it is ready to start cooking.

Our traditional pressure canner boasts not one, but three safety valves - one main valve regulates the steam, and two extra auxiliary valves. It is heavyweight to assure the stability of 11.60 PSI / 80 KPa, with extra safety systems. To insert the lid, place it above the cooker and align the lid arrow with the body handle, then tilt and slide the lid in and turn the handle. Place the lid handle on the pivot, squeeze the lid and body handle together, and adjust.
